With more than three decades of experience in management systems, he has built his career at the intersection of auditing, technical direction and high‑level training, working with organizations across Italy, Scotland, Spain, Germany, Romania and Albania.

He served as Lead Auditor and Director for certification bodies, guiding companies in many manufacturing sectors through rigorous system evaluations, conformity assessments and performance‑driven improvement paths. His work is defined by clarity, discipline and uncompromising technical rigor.

Simone’s international background—shaped between different Nations —gives him a unique perspective on how organizations operate, evolve and achieve excellence. His approach is pragmatic, structured and rooted in real operational experience: a method that turns standards into living systems and competence into measurable results.

As a Master Trainer, he designs and delivers programs that build auditable competence, forming auditors, managers and leaders capable of operating above expectations. His teaching style is direct, analytical and focused on what truly matters: structure, method and execution.
