Simone acts as a Contracted Director, providing high-level governance and strategic leadership for organizations — including Certification Bodies — that need to strengthen their management structure, leadership capacity, or navigate an ownership transition.

To preserve full independence, Beyond Standards never combines a Director engagement with an active auditor role at the same organization, and never provides governance services to a body it audits, or is likely to audit, on behalf of a Certification scheme.
