Simone acts as a Contract Director, providing high-level governance, strategic leadership, and operational support to organizations — including Certification Bodies — that need to strengthen their management structure, leadership capacity, or navigate an ownership transition.

To preserve full independence, Beyond Standards never combines a Contract Director engagement with an active auditor role within the same organization. It also never provides governance services to a Certification Body that it audits, or is likely to audit, on behalf of a certification scheme.
