QAA
The Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) regulates and supports the improvement of higher education throughout the UK. It is a peer review organisation, its teams of university staff and students assisting other universities to verify their self-assessments of quality. A Beyond Standards director led the relicensing of the QAA on behalf of the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and ENQA, the European higher education quality organisation.
